- Change...
- It's happening at a rapid pace, not only globally, but within our associations -- in response to those external changes occurring in the world around us.
- Challenges...
- National associations have become international almost overnight. Technology evolves at a rate too fast for any of us to be state-of-the-art for more than a few months. How do you best deal with rapid change and maintain quality in the delivery of products and services? How do you service members who have become accustomed to state-of-the-art service delivery systems? How do you improve products, improve delivery systems, expand the service delivery area and still stay within a budget that has not grown in proportion to the growth of the marketplace?
- Evolution...
- To continue to be successful, it is not enough that you meet today's challenges brought on by the monumental change taking place in the world around us. You must find ways to rethink the infrastructure of your association. "Think outside of the box" has become an over-used expression, but its meaning is still valid. You cannot just work harder, or work faster, or add more staff. You need to work differently, within different parameters, utilizing different resources. You need to look beyond the norm, towards growth and evolution in areas where it has not existed before. You need to evolve to be an association poised to move into the 21st century.
- Agents of Change...
- At Comprehensive Association Consultants (CAC), we can work with you and your staff to help identify areas that can be re-though to work better for you and your members. In addition, we have the expertise to recommend solutions that you can implement within your budget and resources.
